Corruption in the Australian Economy

Dear Virginia,

I wonder if it would be correct to lodge a reason/request for non-lodgement for the 2024 taxation return.

My circumstance has not changed in either the 2023-2024 or the 2024-2025 period, and I struggle to buy a loaf of bread.

When circumstances change I will inform you immediately.

Kind regards,

Neville.

Ps. I am cc.my colleagues who I work with on the issue that the Australian economy is very corrupted, that the correct persons defined by criterias are not being employed or contracted, and thus not paid and thus in poverty, and thus struggle to buy a loaf of bread. I am sending this message out to the public because the corruption needs to stop and institutions and persons of the institutions need to be called to account. It is the only way to attack corruption.

LETTER FROM MY ACCOUNTANT

02nd May 2025

RE:  LODGEMENT OF 2024 INCOME TAX RETURN

As we have previously advised the Australian Taxation Office require you to lodge your 2024 taxation return no later then the 15th May 2025. You are now running out of time That means that there are just over two (2) weeks until your return needs to be lodged. In order to meet their deadline. it is essential that you take IMMEDIATE steps to have your return prepared. Even then we may struggle to have it lodged in time.

If you do not think that you will be able to make the deadline but do want to lodge your return then let us know so that we can apply ( not necessarily be granted) an extension to lodge the return.

Do not ignore this as we have noticed a change in approach from the ATO and we would hate for you to be on the wrong end of their approach.

Please make either a phone appointment on 38443838 or a face-to-face appointment. Phone us on 07 38443838 to make an arrangement either way. Otherwise, you can drop the information into our office The Church” 19 Dornoch Terrace, West End

If you have any queries in relation to this matter, please do not hesitate in calling our office.

Yours faithfully
