Whether By a Hacker or By Machine Mismanagement, The Corporation is accountable, and so are their company divisions.

AGL Pty Ltd had sent to my bank a claim for $3,948. It absurd claim. As a household of two, not using a dishwasher, could never use this amount of electricity in a quarter.

2024-11-13 Gmail – Great Southern Bank Stated the False Claim

The bank email said, “Full details of this bill can be viewed in the BPAY View section of Great Southern Bank Online Banking.” And so I found the above image. You will note from the image, that the claim was also absurd because I already pay off the AGL bill, monthly at $95. I had only paid the bill a few days ago, as indicated in the first line, as BPAY, in the image below.

As the fact that AGL Pty Ltd made a false claim against me of $3,948, is absurd all-round, and in particular that no one is paying me to point out, and produce, the scholarship that underlies the critique of such corporate misbehaviour: basically, managers are paid not to care.

I have requested that AGL apologise to me and the bank for the stress caused, and remove the claim from the bank account.
