Listening to the Tears For Fear’s song, “Shout”, when faced with The Cynical Voice towards The Voice Referendum completed October 14, I think of the lyrics:
In violent times
You shouldn’t have to sell your soul
In black and white
They really, really ought to know
Those one track minds
That took you for a working boy
Kiss them goodbye
You shouldn’t have to jump for joy
You shouldn’t have to jump for joy
Now, with the another breakout of the Palestine-Israel War, the words speak increasingly powerful. Why do politicians not hear The Voice? Do they do not understand for their political mindset?
