The New Global Paradigm

The New Global Paradigm in Cognition: Collaborative International Scholarship and the Restoration of Human Authorship

Abstract
This essay explores the emergence of the new collaborative international scholarship that is establishing a New Global Paradigm (NGP) in cognition and epistemology. Confronted with the twentieth-first-century crises of “denoetization” the mechanical liquidation of human judgment under automated systems and “Historical Forgetfulness,” a global network of independent scholars has bypassed traditional, neoliberal academic institutions to reclaim “Human Authorship.” Prominent Pakistani scholar Arif Jameel has outlined this collaborative international framework, bringing together senior thinkers across Germany, Australia, Greece, and Switzerland to synthesize binary philosophy, digital humanism, and relational epistemology. In Australia, this paradigm is bolstered by the vital contributions of the senior generation of academics and former university planners, such as Drs. Neil Peach and Michael Macklin, who have integrated Ivan Illich’s convivial pedagogy, Max Weber’s sociological typologies, and Bernard Stiegler’s organology into the Management Institute for Contributory Economy (MICE). By examining the core elements of the NGP including Jameel’s Beyond Peer Review theory, the Diella Doctrine, the Ethical Passport, the Architect Generation, and Neville Buch’s Dynamic of Cognition (DoC) and Spiral Historiography this paper illustrates why this new paradigm is an indispensable intellectual immune system required to overcome technocratic reductionism and steer global society toward Aristotelian flourishing (eudaimonia).
