Abstract
“The Buch Matrix” is a special map designed by Dr. Neville Buch to help people understand how our world is put together. It looks at four main parts of life: the State (government), the Church, the Common area (fun and family), and the University (school and books). This map is a tool for “crap detecting”—which means it helps you spot when big organizations are using “bullshit” or made-up stories to control you. The goal is to help every person become the “author” of their own life story and live a happy, meaningful life (called Aristotelian flourishing).
I have sent this document to the Australian curriculum designer in the hope that (he-she-they-someone) will “wake-up” to their own prejudices, their own starting points.
