RE: Prevented from Making Immediate Payment through Machine Thinking
Dear Medibank Executive Officer,
This morning I was ready to pay the bills and this was what I was confronted with: 1. the machine would not allow me to proceed with payment:
Next I attempted to update the card details in the hope that the payment would be automatically processed.2. Change payment details:
Step 2 failed to deliver payment and the funds are there: 3. Money in the bank:
I then attempted to contact you directly by calling the number, and now by email. 4. The Voice-Option Machine Thinking Failed:
I have kept up with payments within a delayed period of time: 5. and 6. Payments Made:
The reason that I am having difficulty with payments is partially the machine thinking; it is also the false economy which does not employ or contract a person who provides an important service to the public (don’t read the statement in absolutist terms, i.e. “person “x” is employed or contracted to provide an important service to the public, thus your claim is false”. It is fallacious thinking since the economy has massive numbers of persons who are not so employed or contracted. The opposite arrangement is called a “Contributory Economy“). 7. Evidence (one piece) that I have not being correctly paid as a person who is provide an important service to the public:
MBH Project on the Public History International Map; Isn’t it time for State and Council Funding to Keep the MBH Project Going?
PS. The “I HAVE BEEN PAYING YOU” is a reference to the fact that I, and the rest of the country, end up paying for the government and the market more than their actual value.
Addendum: The amount I am attempting to pay is $155.60 of two monthly but Medibank is threating to collect $233.40. See document below:
