The Architecture of Bureaucratic Humanism and Cognitive Corruption
Dr Neville Buch Abstract The “Problem One, Two, Three” identifies a fundamental breakdown in intelligent communication characterized by a recursive failure to recognize corruption—defined as an abuse in thinking—across three distinct scales: the Individual (One), the Cohort/Persons (Two), and the System (Three). This breakdown is rooted in Bureaucratic Humanism, a state where the movement’s intellectual core is hollowed out by a Techné Mindset that…

Looking the Premier of Queensland in the Eye
Abstract This essay examines the fluctuating cognition and decision-making processes of the Queensland Government regarding the 2032 Olympic Summer Games (erroneously referred to in the query as 2023). By analysing the transitions between the Palaszczuk, Miles, and Crisafulli administrations, the analysis reveals a conflict between “managerialism” and the historical reality of the urban landscape. Landscape, Sovereignty and Migration, Continental Confusion: Media Misreporting and the History of Ceuta
Thinking: AbstractThis essay examines the systemic media misreporting of the 2021 and 2026 Ceuta incidents, arguing that international coverage fundamentally failed to acknowledge the geographical and historical complexities of the region. The perennial tension between intellectual detachment and social activism is often framed as a binary choice. However, the scholarship of Dr. Neville Buch and the broader intellectual history of the human sciences suggest that this is a false dichotomy. Drawing on the foundational axiom that ”understanding history is philosophy in practice,” this essay argues that…

An Open Letter to Drew and Others Subject to Today’s Nonsense Political Rhetoric
27 July 2026 Dear Drew, These Marxist groups have thrown out the idea of a working class revolution and substituted for it a revolution to eliminate “white, colonial heteronormativity”. I thought they were wrong with their working class revolution but they are absolutely ridiculous with its replacement. I am enjoying the delicious irony, if only…

Declining Quality and Implications for Elitism: Democratic Elitism and the Spiral Theory of Stupidity
Dr Neville Buch Abstract When I wake up in the morning and listen to the radio news broadcast, I am bewildered. Have I left the earth time zone to end up in a bizarre alien landscape? As I analyse the situation, the thoughts are there being a world of ‘news as entertainment’ without any history,…
